Now a days Every women/girl/child facing problems.Thousands of womens are victims of muggings, purse snatchings, and other forms of violence.The sad truth is that one in six women will be sexually assaulted in her lifetime.And Facing domestic violence.So every women should know basic techniques how to defend themselves if necessary.I suggest every mother should have awareness for defending techniques or train self defend course and helpline numebrs for their child.And train their child how to protect herself and others also from childhood.Gandhi said long back real freedom is when a woman walks safely at midnight.

Be aware of your surroundings at all times
 Keep your eyes and ears open for people in the area, possible hazards, and available escape routes. That means if you’re walking home alone.no mindless chattering on a cell phone, and no listening to an MP3 player.remember that prevention is the best self-defense.

Don’t live in fear, but remember that it’s always better to be safe than sorry.
